L.King Arthur is a 1995 Holsteiner Stallion.  He has proven to be a classy, refined stallion with lots of stallion presence.  For many years, he has competed successful in Texas as well as throughout the USA. He is from stamm 456 which is a highly successful Sports Stamm with numerous Approved Stallions and many offspring competing in the International Arena. King Arthur is a full brother to German approved breeding stallion, Lavados.  King Arthur is stunningly beautiful, ride-able, and intelligent.

L.King Arthur was approved by the American Holsteiner Association as a breeding stallion based on his outstanding performance record and evaluation/bonit scores.  He received 50 points with an 8 for Type, 8 for Topline, and 8 for Canter!  He was evaluated by the experienced AHHA judging team of Arelene Rigdon and Jos Sevriens.

 L.King Arthur is a stunningly beautiful, refined, successful, modern German Holsteiner Stallion. He was AHHA licensed in 2007 based on his Remarkable Type (8’s for Type, Topline, and Canter) and his Outstanding Sports Record in the Jumper Arena at A+ rated USEF competitions.

It is no surprise L.King Arthur is so special, he has a royal pedigree. He is full brother to the Verband Approved stallion Lavados. They are out of the famous sports Stamm 456 (Gerco Schroeder rode Eurocommerce Montreal at the Athens Olympics and L.KA is from the same mother line and the same breeder).

His father, Lavall 1, is the best modern mare producer in Holstein today. L.King Arthur also brings the noted blood of Calvados 2 (out of the legendary mare Biserta from Stamm 776) as the father to his mother. I anticipate L.King Arthur to have a profound positive effect in the production of AHHA horses, and like his father, a lasting effect on the mare lines.

Who is L.King Arthur? He is an incredible personality with a zany sense of humor and the most intelligent eye I have ever seen on a horse. He epitomizes “Stallion Presence,” as he struts around with Regal Airs, but he never bites or misbehaves. Under saddle he is a dream to ride, going in a thick snaffle (even in the Grand Prix ring), he never pulls, is evenly balanced, light, extremely careful and conducts himself with a perfect character. He amazes the dressage riders as he effortlessly does his tempe changes, just for fun. This is a very special stallion.
